Who needs a compact lift?
- 1
A villa with limited floor-to-floor space
Some villas have no dedicated shaft, and a compact lift takes the stairwell or an unused corner without touching the rest of the home's layout.
- 2
A family member who uses a wheelchair
The cabin can be sized to allow a wheelchair to enter and turn inside it, and the right dimensions are set after a precise survey of the space.
- 3
An existing home being retrofitted with a lift
Fitting a lift into a built home means working within what exists without knocking down walls or redesigning, which is exactly what a compact lift is built for.
Choose what fits your need
Building a villa with only a tight corner free
We design the lift around the available space during construction so no structural changes are needed later.
WhatsAppYour home is built and a family member needs a lift

What sets this area apart
An Nafl is a modern northern neighbourhood featuring contemporary villas designed for space efficiency. Though newer than city-centre homes, many sit on relatively narrow plots or have tight interior layouts that cannot fit a standard lift. Here, a compact lift combines modern style with spatial intelligence, letting villa owners lift elderly relatives or furniture without compromising elegant design.
An Nafl is a modern north Riyadh neighbourhood with contemporary villas on medium-sized plots.
An Nafl's modern villas typically have three or four storeys with contemporary stairs but narrow corridors, making a compact lift ideal for saving space and ensuring smooth operation.

Questions about Compact lifts
Can a compact lift fit a wheelchair?
It depends on the dimensions available at your site. Some locations allow a cabin big enough for a wheelchair to enter and turn, others allow straight-in access without turning. The site survey is what determines exactly what is possible.
Do I need a pit dug beneath the lift?
Many compact lift installations need a shallow pit, but some configurations work without a full pit. What suits your home is determined after the site survey and assessment of the floor structure and number of levels.
Can it be fitted in a home that was not designed for a lift?
Yes, and this is the most common use for compact lifts. We study the existing structure and find the best location with the least alteration to the building, and every site is different from the next.
Where does Lift Barq operate?
We cover every district of Riyadh and also Al Muzahimiyah, Al Kharj, Ar Rayn and Huraymila. If you are in any of these areas, contact us and we will book a site visit at the earliest available time.
Can the cabin and doors be customised to match the home's interior?
Yes, there are options for cabin finish, interior wall colours and door design. What is available depends on the dimensions confirmed during the site survey, after which the technician presents the choices that suit your specific space.
Does a compact lift suit modern villas with contemporary design?
Absolutely. A compact lift integrates seamlessly with contemporary design and maintains the home's visual elegance. The Italian-machine unit delivers smooth performance and a coordinated look.
If my villa has very limited space, will a compact lift still work?
Yes, that is exactly what the compact lift is designed for. Our team measures every available space and identifies the best fit, even in very tightly designed villas.
