How we work

  1. 1

    Contact and describe the fault

Tell us exactly what is happening: whether the lift is fully stopped or misbehaving, and when the fault first appeared.

  2. 2

    On-site diagnosis visit

The technician inspects the lift fully and identifies the root cause before any repair is agreed.

  3. 3

    Your approval then the fix

We explain what was found and what needs replacing or adjusting, then begin only after you approve.

  4. 4

    Test and handover

After the repair we run the lift, test all safety devices and hand you a written report of everything done.

What sets this area apart

Tuwaiq is a relatively new area developing rapidly with fresh residential projects and multi-storey blocks, so its lifts are newer than older districts. But modern lifts are more complex and depend on electronic systems, so faults may be software or electrical rather than mechanical. Understanding these complexities is vital for proper repair. Our team is trained to diagnose electrical and software faults, not just mechanical ones.

Tuwaiq is in west Riyadh, a newly developing area with fresh residential blocks and rapid real-estate growth.

Most Tuwaiq lifts are modern with advanced electronic control systems, requiring technical knowledge of software and electrical systems.

Questions about Elevator repair & breakdowns

Do you repair lifts you did not install?

Yes, we repair lifts of different types and brands across Riyadh and beyond. We always begin with an on-site diagnosis visit to understand the lift and its condition before agreeing any repair.

How do I know the fault will not come back?

Nothing can be guaranteed absolutely, but the chance of a repeat drops sharply when the root cause is fixed rather than just the symptom. That is why we start with a full diagnosis and record everything found and fixed in a written report.

Are spare parts available for older lifts?

It depends on the lift type, model and age. In some cases parts are available directly, in others a compatible alternative may be needed. The technician confirms this after the inspection and we explain your options before proceeding.

Does repairing the lift require cutting the building's power?

Usually only the lift's own supply needs to be isolated, not the whole building. But it depends on the fault and what the repair requires, and the technician will tell you clearly before starting so you can alert residents if needed.

Can the repair be done without disrupting building residents all day?

It depends on the nature of the fault and what the repair involves. Some faults are resolved quickly with minimal downtime, while others require the lift to be out of service for longer. The technician will give you a clear picture after the diagnosis so you can inform residents in advance.

Do you repair modern electronic control system lifts?

Yes, our team specialises in modern lifts and electronic systems. We diagnose software and electrical faults competently.

Does repair affect the original lift warranty?

Correct repair does not void the warranty. We use genuine parts when needed to maintain your lift's health and your rights.
