How we work

  1. 1

    Contact and describe the fault

Tell us exactly what is happening: whether the lift is fully stopped or misbehaving, and when the fault first appeared.

  2. 2

    On-site diagnosis visit

The technician inspects the lift fully and identifies the root cause before any repair is agreed.

  3. 3

    Your approval then the fix

We explain what was found and what needs replacing or adjusting, then begin only after you approve.

  4. 4

    Test and handover

What sets this area apart

Badr Janoubi is a developed sector with residential blocks and villas on varied plots, with close public facilities nearby. Lifts here see moderate but diverse use from residents and visitors, which can lead to unexpected faults from misuse or cumulative wear. Careful diagnosis is essential because symptoms may be misleading and the true cause might be in a control unit or small component overlooked by others.

Badr Janoubi sits in south Riyadh, a mixed sector of residential buildings and villas around commercial and service centres.

Lifts in Badr Janoubi vary in age and type, some newer and others needing more careful servicing.

Questions about Elevator repair & breakdowns

Do you repair lifts you did not install?

Yes, we repair lifts of different types and brands across Riyadh and beyond. We always begin with an on-site diagnosis visit to understand the lift and its condition before agreeing any repair.

How do I know the fault will not come back?

Nothing can be guaranteed absolutely, but the chance of a repeat drops sharply when the root cause is fixed rather than just the symptom. That is why we start with a full diagnosis and record everything found and fixed in a written report.

Are spare parts available for older lifts?

It depends on the lift type, model and age. In some cases parts are available directly, in others a compatible alternative may be needed. The technician confirms this after the inspection and we explain your options before proceeding.

Does repairing the lift require cutting the building's power?

Usually only the lift's own supply needs to be isolated, not the whole building. But it depends on the fault and what the repair requires, and the technician will tell you clearly before starting so you can alert residents if needed.

Can the repair be done without disrupting building residents all day?

It depends on the nature of the fault and what the repair involves. Some faults are resolved quickly with minimal downtime, while others require the lift to be out of service for longer. The technician will give you a clear picture after the diagnosis so you can inform residents in advance.

The lift makes strange noises, is danger imminent?

Strange noises may come from simple or complex causes. Our technicians inspect quickly to determine if there is real danger or if the sound is from normal wear in components.

Do you reach Badr Janoubi quickly when a lift breaks down?

We cover Badr Janoubi and all south Riyadh districts. We reach your location to assess the issue and carry out the repair your lift requires.
