When do you need a repair?
- 1
A lift that has stopped completely
A stopped lift in a building or villa affects residents immediately, especially the elderly. A correct repair gets things moving again and prevents the fault from repeating.
- 2
A lift behaving erratically
Stopping between floors, failing to level with the floor or intermittent door behaviour are all symptoms that need careful diagnosis to find the true source before any repair begins.
- 3
A fault that keeps coming back
If the same fault has been fixed more than once, the root cause was never addressed. We start fresh with a thorough diagnosis to find what earlier repairs missed.

What sets this area apart
Ar Rayyan sits on uneven terrain, which affects how lift shafts are installed and function. Lifts on sloping ground may encounter balance and stability issues unseen in flat districts. Additionally, Ar Rayyan mixes villas and apartment buildings, each with different fault patterns. Our team considers both ground topology and building type when diagnosing a fault.
Ar Rayyan lies in east Riyadh, a mixed area of villas and apartments on uneven terrain.
Ar Rayyan lifts often face balance challenges due to ground slope, requiring extra inspection of the shaft foundation.

Questions about Elevator repair & breakdowns
Do you repair lifts you did not install?
Yes, we repair lifts of different types and brands across Riyadh and beyond. We always begin with an on-site diagnosis visit to understand the lift and its condition before agreeing any repair.
How do I know the fault will not come back?
Nothing can be guaranteed absolutely, but the chance of a repeat drops sharply when the root cause is fixed rather than just the symptom. That is why we start with a full diagnosis and record everything found and fixed in a written report.
Are spare parts available for older lifts?
It depends on the lift type, model and age. In some cases parts are available directly, in others a compatible alternative may be needed. The technician confirms this after the inspection and we explain your options before proceeding.
Does repairing the lift require cutting the building's power?
Usually only the lift's own supply needs to be isolated, not the whole building. But it depends on the fault and what the repair requires, and the technician will tell you clearly before starting so you can alert residents if needed.
Can the repair be done without disrupting building residents all day?
It depends on the nature of the fault and what the repair involves. Some faults are resolved quickly with minimal downtime, while others require the lift to be out of service for longer. The technician will give you a clear picture after the diagnosis so you can inform residents in advance.
Can the sloping ground cause lift problems?
Yes, sloping ground can affect stability and balance, creating issues unlikely on flat land. Our inspection specifically includes the shaft foundation in areas like Ar Rayyan.
The lift makes strange noises, what causes that?
Strange noises come from many different sources, from cables to the motor to even the ground beneath the shaft. We pinpoint the source precisely on the first visit.
