When does a mosque need a lift?
- 1
A mosque with more than one prayer floor
When the main prayer hall or the women's section is on an upper floor, a lift becomes a necessity rather than a comfort for anyone who finds stairs difficult.
- 2
An existing mosque being expanded or renovated
An expansion that adds an upper floor is the right moment to install a lift and serve the congregation without major structural work later.
- 3
A mosque serving a neighbourhood with elderly residents
In neighbourhoods with a high proportion of older residents, a lift makes upper floors and front rows accessible to those who could not otherwise reach them.
Choose what fits your need
Building a new mosque with multiple floors
We visit during construction, confirm the lift position and dimensions, and integrate the installation into the building from the outset.
WhatsAppYou have a standing mosque and want to add a lift
We survey the available space and propose a solution that serves the congregation with the least possible intervention in the existing structure.

What sets this area apart
Al Mughrizat's religious and cultural complexes span multiple floors and house multipurpose halls, administrative offices and Islamic education spaces, making the lift essential for circulation between departments. A quiet lift ensures Quranic classes and remembrance circles run uninterrupted, and that elderly worshippers reach their designated halls comfortably. Installation in these complexes requires careful coordination with mosque management to choose a fitting time and preserve all religious services.
Al Mughrizat is in northern Riyadh and contains large multi-floor mosque complexes near the commercial Al Mughrizat district.
Al Mughrizat's religious complexes often exceed four floors with separate departments, requiring a lift that is both powerful and whisper-quiet.

Questions about Mosque elevators
Can a lift be installed in an existing mosque without major demolition?
In many cases yes, and it depends on the available space and the building's structure. Some solutions need only a shallow pit and others need none at all. The site survey is what determines the right approach for each mosque individually.
How quiet is the lift during prayer?
We select Italian machines known for low noise output and tune the installation to reduce vibration transmitted through the walls. The actual result also depends on building details, which the engineer considers during the survey.
Is the lift suitable for worshippers with mobility impairments and wheelchair users?
We design the solution around the mosque's actual needs, including cabin dimensions and the choice of manual or automatic doors. The right specification is decided after the survey and a clear picture of who the mosque serves.
Do you reach mosques outside central Riyadh?
Yes, our service covers all districts of Riyadh and extends to Al Muzahimiyah, Al Kharj, Ar Rayn and Huraymila. Let us know the area when you get in touch and we will arrange the visit.
Can the lift be set to operate only during prayer times?
Available operating options depend on the lift type the survey identifies. Some systems allow timed operation and others run continuously; the engineer will explain what is available once the site has been assessed.
Can you install without stopping religious activities?
Yes, we work during carefully chosen times outside classes and prayer hours. We liaise with complex management to pick the best slots and complete installation swiftly.
What if the lift breaks down during busy times?
We install high-quality lifts with a warranty up to 15 years, and schedule regular preventive maintenance to avert breakdowns. Our team stands ready for emergency service at the shortest notice.
