When does your hotel need a specialist lift?
- 1
A new hotel under construction
Choosing the right lift during the design phase allows the machine room and shaft to be planned efficiently, and the cabin finishes to be decided before interior fit-out is complete.
- 2
An existing hotel with a lift below its standard
An ageing cabin, intrusive noise or slow performance at peak times affects the guest's impression, and modernisation brings the lift back in line with the rest of the hotel.
- 3
No dedicated service or luggage lift
Guests sharing a single lift with luggage trolleys and housekeeping carts reduces the quality of the experience and adds pressure during peak hours.
Choose what fits your need
Building a hotel and need passenger and service lifts
We join the design phase to agree shaft dimensions, cabin finishes and service routes before the building is complete.
WhatsAppYour hotel is open and its lifts affect guests
We assess the existing lifts and propose cabin or machine upgrades on a schedule planned around the hotel's occupancy.

Lift and finish proposal
We present a proposal covering lift type, cabin layout and suggested finishes, revised in response to the hotel management's input.
- 3
Installation on the hotel's schedule
We agree an installation schedule around the hotel's occupancy seasons and open sections, and the work is carried out without affecting the guest experience.
- 4
Handover and ongoing maintenance
After handover we give the hotel's technical team the operating guide and schedule routine visits at times that do not conflict with peak periods.

Questions about Hotel elevators
Can the cabin finish be customised to match the hotel's design?
Yes, cabin finishes are selected to match the hotel's visual identity in terms of materials, colours and lighting. This is decided at the survey and design stage in coordination with the hotel management or interior designer.
How do you handle maintenance in a hotel that never closes?
We schedule routine visits during low-occupancy hours, typically early morning or quieter seasonal periods. Any intervention that requires a temporary shutdown is coordinated in advance with hotel management to choose the least disruptive time.
What is the difference between a passenger lift and a service lift in a hotel?
The passenger lift is for guests, with cabin finishes, noise levels and response speed designed accordingly. The service lift handles luggage trolleys, housekeeping carts and supplies, with its dimensions and doors sized to the expected loads. Keeping the two separate is essential to the guest experience.
Do you work on hotel lifts outside central Riyadh?
Yes, we cover all districts of Riyadh as well as Al Muzahimiyah, Al Kharj, Ar Rayn and Huraymila. If your project is outside these areas, get in touch and we will look at what is possible.
Can the passenger and service lifts share a single machine room?
This depends on the building design and the number of lifts required. In some cases separation is necessary for maintenance access or circulation reasons. The site survey determines the right solution for each hotel individually.
How do you ensure the lift is quiet in a hotel?
We select Italian machines engineered for quiet operation and install sound damping at the shaft and base. Scheduled visits verify the lift continues running silently.
Do you adapt to bespoke luxury hotel designs?
Yes, we conduct a full site and interior design survey, selecting lift finishes, colours and décor that match your hotel's vision, whether elegant, contemporary or traditional.
