Stay calm, press the alarm button or call the building manager, and do not try to force the door or climb out of the roof hatch. Waiting inside the car is far safer than any attempt to exit before a trained technician arrives.
Can anyone move the car manually?
Moving the car manually requires a trained technician who knows how to operate the manual release correctly. An incorrect release can cause a sudden drop that injures whoever is inside the car or standing nearby.
Do you cover areas outside central Riyadh?
