When does a villa need a home lift?
- 1
An existing villa with elderly family members
When a parent or grandparent finds the stairs a daily struggle, a lift becomes a necessity rather than a luxury, and we can fit one without major demolition.
- 2
A new villa still under construction
Planning the lift shaft during construction saves effort and cost compared with fitting one later, and an early survey fixes the best position before the concrete is poured.
- 3
Moving between floors with loads
Carrying groceries or children's things up a long staircase is tiring, and a home lift solves that practical problem for every family member every day.
Choose what fits your need
Living in your villa and need a lift now
We survey your occupied villa, choose the position that least disturbs daily life, and carry out the installation coordinated around your family.

Questions about Home elevator installation
Can a lift be fitted in an existing villa without major demolition?
In many cases yes, by making use of the space beside the stairs, an existing void or a suitable corner. The extent of the works is confirmed after the site survey because every villa is different, and we cannot say for certain before seeing the space.
What is the smallest space that suits a home lift?
The minimum depends on the type of lift we recommend for you, and some solutions work with a very shallow pit. The survey settles this and identifies the right option for your actual space.
How long does installation take inside an occupied villa?
The duration depends on the structural works needed and the lift chosen. We give you a clear schedule after the survey and coordinate working hours with the family to keep disruption to a minimum.
Does the service cover areas outside Riyadh?
Yes, we cover all districts of Riyadh as well as Al Muzahimiyah, Al Kharj, Ar Rayn and Huraymila. Let us know your villa's location when you get in touch and we will confirm coverage.
Does the right lift for a two-floor villa differ from one for a four-floor villa?
Yes, the building height and number of stops affect the choice of machine, shaft design and wiring works required. The site survey determines the right solution for your villa's actual height rather than a general estimate.
Does installation take a long time in As Saadah?
Duration depends on location and space. As Saadah's modern villas typically offer good spaces that speed up the installation and fitting process.
What warranty does a newly installed lift carry?
Newly installed lifts carry a warranty of up to 15 years, giving you long-term protection and peace of mind on your investment.
