When does your Schindler need attention?
- 1
A Schindler lift with no active service contract
Many Schindler lifts in Riyadh run without regular follow-up, so wear builds up in the ropes, sheaves and safety devices until it shows as a sudden fault.
- 2
A recurring fault or complaint
If the lift stops between floors, produces unfamiliar sounds or has sluggish doors, these are signals that call for a detailed inspection to find the source of the problem.
- 3
A Schindler lift in an older building
Over time certain parts wear in any lift, and deciding what needs replacing or adjusting calls for an on-site inspection after which the technician confirms what is required.

Questions about Schindler elevator servicing
Can you service Schindler lifts without being an authorised Schindler agent?
Yes, we service and repair Schindler lifts installed in Riyadh based on our technicians' knowledge of this type of elevator. We do not claim to be an authorised Schindler agent, and we are straightforward with you about what we can carry out after the on-site inspection.
Do you stock spare parts for Schindler elevators?
We supply spare parts suitable for Schindler elevators installed in Riyadh. The part your lift needs is identified during the on-site inspection first, then we agree with you on fitting it, and nothing is replaced without confirming the need.
How do I know if my Schindler lift needs servicing now?
Any new noise, vibration, sluggish doors or sudden stop are clear signals. But even a lift that seems fine may carry accumulated wear, and only an inspection visit can establish the actual condition accurately.
Does your service cover all Riyadh districts?
We cover every district of Riyadh as well as Al Muzahimiyah, Al Kharj, Ar Rayn and Huraymila. Send us your district when you get in touch so we can assign the nearest technician to your location.
Can you repair a Schindler lift that has stopped completely and is out of service?
Yes, we inspect a stopped Schindler to identify whether the cause lies in the controller, brakes or a heavily worn part, then confirm with you what is needed. Every lift's condition differs, and the on-site inspection is what determines the diagnosis.
Do you serve mixed commercial and residential buildings here?
Yes, we understand the needs of mixed-use buildings in Qurtubah Sharqi and coordinate maintenance to suit both business and residential hours.
Our Schindler lift serves a ground floor shop and flats above, is maintenance different?
Yes, mixed-use buildings need closer attention since faults affect both commerce and residential life. We emphasise intensive preventive checks and swift fault response.
