When does your family need a lift?
- 1
Daily difficulty climbing stairs
When an elderly person slows on every trip upstairs or needs help each time, a lift becomes a necessity that protects their dignity and eases the burden on those who care for them.
- 2
A home on two floors or more
In a villa or multi-storey home an elderly person can end up confined to one floor over time; a lift restores their access to every part of the house.
- 3
Recovery after surgery or a fracture
During recovery the stairs are a real hazard; a lift lets the patient return home and move around safely throughout convalescence and long after.
Choose what fits your need
Worried a parent will fall on the stairs
We survey your home and design a lift with a seat, grab rails and clear controls so your parents move safely and entirely on their own.
WhatsAppYou yourself are finding the stairs difficult daily
We design a lift that suits your health needs and fits your existing home, with scheduled maintenance we remind you about before every visit.

How we work
- 1
Call and describe the need
Tell us the number of floors, the user's condition and the space available so we understand your situation before we visit.
- 2
Site survey at your home
A Lift Barq technician visits, measures the space and specifies the right structure and machine based on what he finds.
- 3
Tailoring the specification
We adjust the seat, rails, button size, door speed and ride parameters to suit the specific user, not a generic standard.
- 4
Install, test and hand over
After installation we test the lift in front of you and show the elderly user how to operate it independently before we leave.

What sets this area apart
Al Malqa is a relatively new northern neighbourhood with spacious villas and modern homes featuring clear spatial and height designs. This contemporary building type simplifies the design and installation of elderly-access lifts because spaces are available and structures are stable. Al Malqa families typically seek designs that harmonise with modern home taste, and Lift Barq provides options matching contemporary décor and style.
Al Malqa is in north Riyadh near Riyadh Park Mall, a modern residential district of spacious villas and homes with generous layouts.
Most modern villas and homes in Al Malqa span two to four floors with ample interior space for lift installation without major architectural constraints.

Questions about Elderly-access lifts
Can the lift be installed in an existing home without major demolition?
In many cases yes, but the precise answer depends on the home's layout and available space. The technician surveys the site and confirms what is actually needed; some cases require only a shallow pit while others need none at all.
What speed suits an elderly user?
The right speed depends on the building height and the user's condition; what matters most is that the start and stop are gentle with no jolt. We set this during the survey visit based on what we find.
Is the lift safe for an elderly person to use alone?
Yes, and it is designed for exactly that purpose. Safety devices include a door sensor that prevents movement if the door is open, an emergency button inside the cabin and permanent lighting; the survey confirms the full safety specification.
Who reminds me about maintenance visits after installation?
Lift Barq's team follows up with you and reminds you before each maintenance visit is due, so you do not have to track it yourself. This is part of how we work and something our clients consistently praise.
Can a seat and grab rails be added to a lift that is already installed at home?
It depends on the existing cabin's dimensions and how it was installed; some cabins have room for a fold-down seat and side rails while others do not. A technician inspects the current lift and confirms what is genuinely possible before any decision is made.
Does the lift match modern home décor?
Yes, we choose designs and colours that suit contemporary style and your home's interior. Many options are available to match your taste.
Does lift installation cause disruption during the work?
We coordinate with homeowners on the installation schedule to minimise disruption. Usually we complete the work in a reasonable timeframe without affecting daily life.
